The Better Cake in a Cup

{I actually think it looks more elegant than a cupcake, and it would work well with clear plastic cups also! The glass used above is just a normal juice glass.}

A few summers ago I went to golf camp and met wonderful people my age with a passion for the game. While there, my roommate and I became friends with this one boy from France who spoke little to no English. I remember he would sit near us in the cafeteria and eat his cupcake with a spoon. We would all chuckle and enjoy his unusual ways of cupcake consumption. The cake in a cup reminds me of mon bon ami de la France.
